Sorry if this has already been answered...

But how do I remove the cover on the German national team to make it official on Mac. I know how to do it on PC, but that doesn't work for Mac

you mean the 'fake' and 'non league' files?

you could search your macs drive for them and delete them that way, as the file path on a MAC an PC are obviously different
