The italian job

I am currently playing with Juventus and my goal is to recreate a dominating Juve. Thing is, Juve has always been built with a strong core of italian players. So the question is, which italian players should be considered ?

I'm in my first season and I've already managed to buy Cassarini and 50% of Crisetig.
 
Giuseppe Prestia, Marco Verratti, Andrea Bertolacci, Domenico Criscito, Salvatore Bochetti, Davide Santon, Mario Balotelli, Giuseppe Rossi, Giacomo Bonaventura, Lorenzo Tassi, Lorenzo De Silvestri, Luca Antonelli, Alberto Paloschi, Mattia Destro, Sebastian Giovinco to name a few
 
Bari got a young complete forward, Grandolfo. Other than that Benedetti, Cicciretti, Signorini, Camporesse, Gulio Donati... I had a huge list, but then you need players for Juve, not some weak side. You got in your team also Giandonato, keep an eye on him. He is the 3rd best DLP from the Italian wonderkids after Crisetig and Verratti.

Just like you said, the players need to be Juve quality. Giandonato looks fairly weak on my save, his PA seems to be rather low. I'm hoping on Crisetig or maybe Varetti as a future replacement for Pirlo.

There doesn't seem to be any good wingers in italian football though!
 
Check out Atalanta, they got some young quality wingers. Oh btw for Seria A I would recommend you to use typical Seria A formations - 4-3-1-2 or - diamond 4-1-2-1-2.

Edit: Giovinko does fairly well for AML and Borini for AMR.

Matias Schelleto (atalanta) Yohan Moll (half) Migliacco (a tad old but quality)
 
I had a save with Atalanta where I sold all the players that weren't Italian and just built my squad with Italians and some of the youth that came through, although not 4*+ were excellent players!

Nice list. Irritating that Inter and Roma own almost all those players!

Crisetig (if I manage to pry away the last 50% of him from Inter) will be my replacement for Pirlo. I've bought Criscito now and I might buy Astori. That way De Ceglie and Caceres Will probably be sold. The plan is to have a defence and a midfield dominated by Italian internationals or future internationals. The exception is wingers/inside forwards and strikers, where I might get some south americans.
 
By the way, have anyone found out if there are any young Italian forwards who become steady and trustworthy goalscorers/poachers?

As mentioned already, Paloschi & Destro become quality players!

Gabbiadiani (Atalanta) can become a good player if given the right chance!

My brain is not working today so cant think of anymore at the moment...

There's no doubt regarding Paloschi's and Destro's quality but they are more in the Trequartista/seconda punta role than prima punta/poacher role. And naturally, the seconda punta role will most likely be Giovincos.
 
I'm midway into my first season and I'm emulating much of Contes Juve. I play a 4-1-2-2-1 with Pirlo as à regista in the dmc role, one CM, one BWM. My front three is with Vucinic-Matri- Elia/Douglas Costa(sold Krasic and bought Costa since he is more versatile).
And naturally I do play a 3-1-4-2 in the Conte way as well. So my AML needs to be in the Del Piero/Vucinic mold, AML/ST ~ Trequartista. In both system I do deploy a prima punta either as a lone striker or with a seconda punta partner. My AMR is Standard winger in the 4-1-2-2-1 formation.
