The key to a long carear

Hi

Im looking for advice on how to Have a Long career with one club.

So far ive done Southampton right up too 2017 and It was great. But as soon as my players started asking for Stupid money and the Board been less then helpful i find myself Losing interest.

So any advice

FM10, played as man city till 2025+, I did get bored of the constant succsess, well i did get 100million+ EVERY season. So i decided to move to a lower club. Maybe move clubs.

Thats the problem the last 4 seasons ive been given a 40m Transfer budget and I never spend it cause I mainly deal with free transfers and Loans, but i decided i would give my Favorite team kilmarnock a go and get them back into the Scottish Prem, But i lost interest on that because the SPL is really really bad

Mine is to start with a **** team (Crociati Noceto). That way, there's always something to aim for!

I think the most gratifying game is to start at a low level team, third or below, and either work to bring it to the top or to build a career to each a top team.

And once that stablished, the most satisfying is to work meticulously, having a plan for the future and bringing the players a few at a time, to fill the gaps rather than go all crazy buying everything that shows twenties in their stats.
