The Mayor of Vilnius is a badass

Arturas Zuokas is not a man to be messed with. Fed up with the rising amounts of illegally-parked cars in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius of which he is Mayor, he and his council imposed a 'zero tolerance' approach to dealing with the offenders. This isn't your British style 'Oh you've done wrong well here take a small fine and a slap on the wrist' type of zero tolerance, however, oh no sir. When the Mayor, who cycles frequently, came across yet another car parked in a cycle lane, he did what any reasonable man would do.

He promptly smashed the **** out of it with a ******* tank.

Not content with this display of balls-out awesomeness, the Mayor then proceeded to accost the offender, who had reappeared from a building with the look of a man who had had his car crushed by a freaking tank, told him to 'Next time, park your car legally' (zing!) and calmly swept up the slight mess he had made before cycling off into the distance with a rococo sweep.

Today, still wanted by the Government, he survives as a soldier of fortune. If you have an illegally parked car, if no-one else can help, and if you can find him, you too can hire Arturas Zuokas.

But yeah, it was pretty awesome. Pretty obviously fake - the guy who comes outside is far too calm for starters - but still, can't imagine BoJo doing this.
