btw in addition for all positions what should be added when you search a particular player is Concentration & Determination attributes. Player with low Concentration attribute is easily to be complacent, hence player with low determination attribute is easily to be "cracked" when the team conceded behind.

determination is always my squad personality! if you go a goal behind they all try harder to get the equalizer and winner! concentration is more down to mistakes the player can make on the pitch
