The need for discipline!

Could anyone help me out with a problem i have at the minute, im currently managing Juventus and for some reason i accumulate anywhere form 4-8 yellow and often a few reds every game. Tackling is set to normal and even tried light tackling but still the same yellow tally.

any advice/tips or suggestions welcome
