Besides the obvious ones, you should totally search them yourself. It's amazing how much fun it can bring to find an awesome young player and for him to develop into a beast.

Thiago if trained properly is the perfect replaced for xavi, fabregas for iniesta, any young striker for villa
the only hard part is finding the next mess i lol

Also search for Suso and Kevin(Zargoza). Both are quality young Spanish players and often labelled as the next Xavi.
for the next messi maybe look at Daniel Villalva(River Plate). Not that good in the beginning but has good physical stats and if tutored and trained properly can become a beast.
