Considering he plays in a very advanced position, his positioning is not that important since he'll never be between the the opposing man and his own goal.
His off the ball, composure and decisions are pretty good for 19yr old. Give him 15 minutes at the end of your games (starts next game if he scores) and I'm sure he'll come along nicely.

He turns into an absolute beast, I had him trained him till he was 22 as complete striker unfortunately i deleted the save this morning starting a fresh on the release, so cant provide proof of his ability but man he was good,
