Hi everyone!

I don't know if anyone else noticed, but after playing FM16 for hours and hours, I experienced that the 4-4-2 is completely back. And you all know that the success or failure of a 4-4-2 is depending on the strikers. I'm just wondering what your more successful striker pairs were? I'm going to start of with the striker pairs I used in my 3 seasons running game with Bournemouth.

Season 1: Murray (18 goals, 7 assists, 7.14 av. rating) - Wilson (20 goals, 9 assists, 7,29 av. rating)
Season 2: Alario (22 goals, 11 assists, 7,49 av. rating) - Wilson (31 goals, 7 assists, 7,49 av. rating)
Season 3 (24 oktober) : Ings (9 goals, 2 assists, 7,65 av. rating)- Wilson (9 goals, 3 assists, 7,63 av. rating)

I had other deadly duo's, but I'm first wondering if you guys had any experience with striker pairs.

Thanks!

442 has always been good, IRL and in the game. You just need to set up correctly tactically.

I've got Moussa Dembele (CF(S)) (Fulham) and Shane Long (P) doing well. Youth and experience working well so far.

I've been playing a 3-5-2 with Lukaku and Zivkovic(The winger, weirdly enough)

It's the first season, so they'll only grow

Between them, they've scored 21 goals in 15 so far

I developed a 4-4-2 with one striker and an AM helps with rotation among the front 4, I have Martial and Depay play on the 2 left sided slots and have them switch positions throughout, causing a whole lot of problems and scoring goals for fun.I am currently planning a Muller-Lewy duo in a Bayern save with Muller as SS to see if it works.

I am playing a 3-1-4-2 with Juve with Dybala as F9 dropping deep to link the midfield with attack and create chances ala Messi while Morata stays forward and presses the opposition and waits for chances to finish

I play a 4-4-2 with Leeds. Had a tycoon takeover in the first season and won the prem in the 4th season, with Divock Origi who I bought for 18m and Elias Kachunga who i bought for 2m scored 67 goals between them up front together, 4-4-2 is definitely a good formation in this years game

how are you guys setting up your 4-4-2's to make them effective as possible in terms on instructions etc? :)
