The rise of Gibraltar

I wish to manage Gibraltar... easy enough!

But my concern is the level of football that they play!

Will the international team influence the stadard of football in their home nation or is it the other way round?

How can you assure in years to come Gibraltar can produce some of the worlds finest?

I want to see Gib in the top 100 and actually giving a fair shot in getting qualified for euros and world cup!

It is a monsterous task!!! But I am sure it can be done!!!

If anyone can offer advice on how best to approach managing a low national team... that would be awesome!

The standard of the league will influence the national team immensely because it produces the regens that are your future players. So a better league = clubs with higher standards of youth facilities = better players produced for the national team.

Try searching the forums for "San Marino" / "Andorra" / "Gibraltar" for advice on how best to approach this challenge. It's been attempted many times...
