The saved game could not be loaded!

Did you save game and exit using the menu option or did you close the program unexpectedly: A crash, using task manager, turning off your computer without shutting down.

Being a database game, the save files are very prone to curroupting if they're not saved correctly.


You could try "veryfying the integrity of the game cashe" on steam. It's saved me the odd time but if the save file is corrupted, nothing you can do.
 
thought I'd exited properly, but had a blue screen of death when i came back to it.

trying the integrity thing now.

by the tone of your response im guessing there isnt much chance of getting this back?
