The smallest team ever to win the world cup?

I have managed to lead Senegal to victory in the World Cup year 2010 WITHOUT CHEATING! Got 2 flukey results and a lucky draw. The only advantage I can think of that I could manage this is maybe because it was being held in Africa. Has anyone won the World Cup with anyone smaller?

Results:

Mexico W3-1
Argentina D1-1
Belgium D1-1 (was 1-0 down in stoppage time and going out but Papa Gueye scored to send me through)

Qualified in 2nd place.

Round 2 v Scotland W2-1
(Playing as Aberdeen so this was a good draw. They had beaten Italy to top the group)

QF v Germany W3-1
(They were absolutely rubbish. They also had a few players out which helped)

SF v Brazil W1-0
(Took an early lead and just defended for our lives. They had a goal disallowed too!)

F v France W2-1
(They had more shots I had more possession nervy towards the end)

2 games later in the African Cup of Nations qualifiers I drew 0-0 with Ethiopia! From one extreme to another!

As Aberdeen:
08/09 - 3rd in league, QF League Cup, Scottish Cup Winners, 1st knockout round after group stage in Europa League

09/10 - 2nd in league, SF League Cup, Scottish Cup Winners, Europa League group stage
(3rd place in African Nations Cup and World Cup Winners with Senegal)

with my N.Antilles save,mali got to the final,but lost to Brazil 4-1,who knocked me out.But I can't remember a small nation winning it.
 
Thats something ive never seen before but well done anyway

in championship manager years ago I can remember seeing Republic of Ireland and Mexico winning it and I can remember seeing Turkey and Scotland winning the Euros. Having said that I have some good players in Demba Ba, Mouhammed Abdoulaye Tine, Pape Diakhate, Mouhamadou Niang and Djiby Fall. Even went through the tournament without El-Hadji Diouf causing controversy!

I remember in the early champ manager days scotland winning the world cup but then their manager got sacked straight after it!
 
i remember on fm08 the last 4 teams in the world cup on it where mexico, canada, ghana and italy, the final was italy v canada and the italians scrpaed through like 3-2 on penalties
 
i went on to the finals with mexico. but never ever won a WC with smaller teams. but won it twice with spain.
 
Good job, I once got to the semis with senegal but lost against spain. Now trying to win some major trophies with my national team- Estonia- heavily beaten by everyone except Armenia in the 2010 world cup qualifiers:S but doing well with the youth teams- qualified for the European championship with the U19 squad:D
 
I have see ENGLAND get to the final and WIN. I know... amazing. ^^)
 
On my save England got to the final twice and failed both times. Oddly they were both vs Argentina.
 
scotland got to the final of the euro's on mine. lost to germany.
 
I've won it with Ireland before.. And Switzerland. It's pretty easy to be honest.. You get some really lucky results in the world cup. usually 1-0 2-1 etc.
 
won the world cup and european championships with Ireland in FM08, 2012 and 2014
kevin doyle playing for AC Milan too!!!!
