Since I made the descion to stop the staff games I have been thinking of ways to make it new and improved that I feel like it is good enough, Thanks to helpful suggestions from others I feel like that this time round everyone has a proper job throughtout the year and that it will work.
So basically If you don't know what this is, You can apply to be a member of staff at the club I will manage, Each member of staff has a new and improved job.
This time round I will be posting a monthly Update of the database so people can scout using the database.
The only rule is you must own a edition of Football manager 2015.
STAFF ROLES:
Assistant Manager _ Suggests training plan, Offers advice on organising friendlies, suggests tactics and starting 11, can suggest signings and looks at the youth squad.
Coaches ( 5 Avaliable spots) _ Will help me with the overall training plans and Individual player trainings, Coaches will check out the first team and see which players they would reccomend bring into the starting 11.
Cheif Scout_ Will act as a scout and have the same responsiblities but will also send the normal scouts out.
Scouts ( 5 Avaliable Spots) _ Suggests signings to make for the team, will look at possible players for the future, will scout opposition coming up in the next month and will identify weakness's and how we can exploit them.
(New) Head of Youth Development(Reserved)_ Will Look at the under 21's and 18's and suggest who to bring in to the first team, who to loan out and who to release. Can also reccomend Youth managers and assistant to sign to help further development.
