Author Notes: I apologize for any spelling/ grammar mistakes I may make, a story like this is very high maintenance and hope you can all appreciate that.
Hi, my name is Ahn Yun Kwon, I am from South Korea. Korea is a strange place to grow up, football didn't really hit us until the late 80's but when it did, I fell in love. I used to watch tapes of European football whenever I could growing up, my friends thought it was strange, but my dad was an ex-football coach back when he lived in Scotland. Unfortunately I had to take my mothers name, she was afraid I would get bullied because of my British background (Although you could easily tell I wasn't a real Korean).
In 1983, the K-League was formed. My dad was doing a bit of work for our local side Jeju United, and he offered my services to coach the youth side. It was an excellent experience. 25 years later and I've been coaching youth sides and reserve teams in South Korea too long. It's time I ventured out, I really want to move to Europe, I've spent very little time abroad in my life, but my dad always said he'd love me to visit Scotland one day, but who knows. At 45 years old, I'm in the managerial prime of my life, I'm hoping a decent side somewhere in Europe is interested, I'd rather not be stuck at some semi-pro side in Bulgaria (My dad said it's terrible there).
Wish me luck and follow on my journey to European success.
