The uber challenge
Ok, first of all, I downloaded all the extra playable countries from here:
Football Manager 2016 New Playable World Leagues Megapack by Claassen | Passion4FM
Out of his 80 updates, I learned than I shouldn't pick more than 69 or else the game will crash.
My first choice is Oceania. So I picked all of the now 10 playable nations from Oceania as playable. Total player count? 2,890...
As lowest active leagues, I picked the lowest I could get from each nation. Database size is small. Hopefully this will be a fast moving save.
The game started in American Samoa in July 2015.

Next up is finding a job. As I started unemployed, I went to my profile, ticked "Apply for any job" and went on holiday indefinately.
Oups, that was fast! After one day (1) I got an interview offer from Dunedin Tech, a New Zealand Regional side. But they only have 9 players? Nahhh... I am really up for a challenge, but 9 players only, nah. Hmmm.
I got nothing to loose, so I attended the interview anyway. Well, my wage budget was set £0 and they refused to get a parent club. Never mind, I failed this interview.
Ok, off to holiday again.
Alright, after 2 weeks of holiday, I was called up to an interview with Nadroga FC, a Fiji team. Sounds fun! The interview went fine, and 3 days later I had my first job! My wage is a staggering £0...

Ok, next game in 2 days and I only have 7 players, including an injured GK.
No problem, as all players are ametuers, they don't have any wages. So I signed 6 new goalkeepers
. And 5 new central defenders. And as I don't have any DL, I signed 3 of them. Also signed 4 AMR and 4 strikers.
I have no scouts, so no clue about their stats...
However, as my new players won't come until the season is over, I have to fill my first game with grey players...

I simply don't have enough players. No regens yet, and I have no youth players. I can't play 11 players in the correct positions as I have around 13-15 players in total, minus the injured and banned... I dont have any ML and no full backs either.
So, after half of the season, I am bottom last, with 5 points after 7 matches. A full season is just 14 games. Can I survive?

Still no regens? We are in April, and the regen should have come Feb 23rd? Strange...
I am still 8th (out of 8), but are somewhat closer to the 7th team now. And my next game is against Nadi, the seventh placed team!
And I won it! 4-0 away! Awesome.

I survived Ended up at 6th place, 15 points from 14 games.
Also, I have signed 23 players. Most ever for me during a single season.
Oh, and the directors are angry at me as I said I would consider taking over a somehwhat higher rep team in Fiji. Maybe they will fire me? What do I know.

New season
Ok, time for season 2 (2016-17). Last year I was tipped 500-1 to win the title, and now I am tipped 3-1?!!! That's an improvement to speak of...
Anyhow, I won the first trophy of the season: "Fijian Champions versus Champions". That actually counts as a trophy from the season of 2015-2016, which meant I won a trouble last year

Not too bad. A full season consist of 14 games. After 12 games, I have won 10 and lost 1 and drew 1. Actually, won 8 on the trout.
Now there are just two games left, and I only need 2 point to secure the league win. Go Nadroga go!
And I won! Nadroga FC are the champions for the first time since 1993. Not bad.
