Simply, I am just wondering what happens to people in-game ( esp managers and non playing staff ) as they age ? As in, do they live forever ? Or is there a certain age they retire at ? Alex Ferguson is 70 after 3 seasons on my save..
sir alex ferguson retires after a few seasons so he must be coming up to that point in your save, but i don't know about other staff, and i don't know whether you could manage past a realistic age if you wanted to or if it would stop you. e.g. whether you could still manage at the age of 200.
