The Wenger Aproach.

Do any of you guys in here try to play the game the "wenger way"?
I am triying in my Peterbough save but I cant seem to pull it off. I spend to much on pointless transfers, and Cant get my youngsters to perform.
Any tips?

At that level, you want short-term impact players and experience to be honest.

I got promoted. I am currently a mid table team on the Championship. And I am looking to buil kind of a strong side to go with some decent youngsters to the premier league. Not having to change too much around the squad after promotion.

I always base my game on picking up regens and stealing them from other teams before they sign a pro contract. And I sell my best players around the age of 30, before their attributes and value start declining.

But Scotty98TR is right though, at that level you need experience. Doesn't mean you have to all QPR-Hughes, but you should at least balance it out.
