Well, basically I used the editor to edit a relegation candidate (Wolves, sorry fans!). I changed the team name and let go of all their 1st team players and replaced them with 'wonderkids' recommended by alot of people on this site all 21 or under. I tried not to go for the too obvious established ones (Aguero) but tried to get a good mix in the squd.

I have just completed my first season in the premier league using my own tactics and Dans Training to see how much regular play and a decent training schedule would improve the players.

I plan to carry on for a few seasons yet, and was wondering if anybody on here would be interested in me updating my progress on here?

At work at the mo mate (shh ) but when im home ill give it ago! Just wasn't sure if there would be any interest, seeing how it isn't a tradition story and Ive used the editor to change things. (Only team name and bits, reputation stayed the same)

Without giving too much away, I was surprised come the last day of the season. My own tactics - tried 3 at the back, worked all pre season, few games into prem realised I needed to change, once I sorted defence out we did well.

Hoping to keep the current squad and develope them thew into a good team.

I personally wouldn't describe players like Sissoko, Lloris and Pjanic wonderkids - they're all very well known and established - a little contradictory to your first post! but good none the less - how does Canales do - he never gets good reports - also maybe you should try this guy..

I know what you mean mate but i had to make a big enough squad and wanted touse players I knew fairly well, I got quite a few players in subs and reserves.

I have these players because theyre also likely to improve well, which is the main aim really. I wouldnt put Sissoko on the level of Aguero etc though, thats what i meant by getting a good mix(A)

Sorry if I want clear though!

And Canales hasnt been bad, looking at the ratings for my players by the end of the season, most are under 7.0, but we got decent results and things

hhmmm, most of those players (most of the people buy here anyway and there are numerous threads about them etc etc)
if you could do something that would use some of the shortlists i have created, thats a different story as they are not all these established players in their respective teams etc.

try searching and looking through here and here and here to make it a little more interesting or just do what you are doing now and add say another 1,2,3 or 4 teams like you doing now with some of these players as well??

No need to advertise Raikan - i did it for you! I guess the thing with GKs is that you're kind of buggered if they're not good... - but you maybe could have gone for someone more like Josh Lambo? Also - just a thought - maybe you could have gone for players like Craig Eastmond/Darron Gibson for CM and maybe someone like Jack Wilshere instead of an older, more expensive/established pjanic?

EDIT: Forgot to ask - have you got any money? you should try upgrading your training facilities - ask for an upgrade to that and/or youth every 6 months or so and u should get your wish - you can set reminders:
There's a lot of irrelevant stuffhere but you get the point also - look at regens and their dates - here - tell me if i'm saying too much!

haahhaa, no advertising here, it never showed up as links when i was reading through it for some reason, would just be nice to see alot of the players that do not get mentioned who actually can become World Class players (i only saw your edit after posting too) :'(

I also have Mats Rits, Aaron Ramsey, Bruno Zucculini and some others i cant remember off the top of my head. This is just a first try to see what happens, just thought it would be somthing a bit differnt.

Maybe after this save i'll make another with some proper unknown, for now, this is the trial |)

Haha, no probs mate!

Just PM'd Raikan about using some of his players that are less known in a new save, if they develope well, it might encourage others to try them out too!!

*p.s, Pjanic wasnt too special anyway!!

i've tried damien marq before as manchester united, he didn't seem to fit in and caused alot of arguments in the squad so i loaned him out with option to buy, which they took up, but i still made abit of profit on him though.

i am trying to do this as well on my home pc, i have made the club etc etc, but i cannot for some reason get that screen that allows me to choose the editor file to load, i have no idea how to load the file i saved in the editor?? does anyone know?? 1st time i have used the editor got alot of the players above i suggested and some more <)

looks good mate, but would be better if you edited the rep and was a level 10 team, or just a lower league team.
