Hello,

since I've started playing FM I have always problems with it. For example, I'm picking Inter Milan (=good club with good reputation), and select the lowest reputation (as manager). Later, I want buy players like Falcao, Hulk etc. They'll never join me! It's not about salary, they even don't want talk with me. I'm trying to talk with them by media, but it doesn't work. What's the reason?

Because you have the lowest reputation as a manager? If you want to sign players like those, then probably set your reputation as a manager much higher, or win something in the first season, and go for them in the second...

Go to staff responsibilities and check the option "handles new signing contracts bla bla" and assign the general manager to do the negociations. Make the offer for the players you want and when accepted you`ll get a message that your staff member began the negociations, then you can change the contract he proposed.
