Things you do as a manager

Hi all, im gonna start a new season with Birmingham tomorrow and have the new update so i think we should be able to win the league or automatic promotion.

I just wondered what you all do at the start of a game? Do you go for your own coaches, do you buy certain players, training techniques or corner techniques etc?

Any ideas

I actually play it like i have just got the job for real. I evaluate all the players/coaches/scouts/physios and get rid of the ones i dont rate and bring in my own. i then set upall my training to how i think the players should be trained. then i set up my tactics and then set it up so my reserves and under 18's play the same tactics as the senior team. I then spend a good 2 - 3 hours looking for players. I dont like to keep buing the same players as it gets a bit boring. so pretty much i spend a good 3-4 hours before i even play a pre season friendly. if you are going to be be birmingham see if Pablo Mouche is still available from Boca Juniors. he is a bargain as ou can get him for £0 thats right nothing if you put in a cheeky bid. hope that helps

na didnt want to come but i have the new update so think hes at Kayserispor now, why he wouldnt want to come from there i dont know??
