Personally it's looking for new wonderkids. ie 08-Saivet, 09-Sakho
That and losing my reputation. Just because it's a new game, am I not as good as I was?

Well since 2010 is going to be the 'new' installment of FM, I suppose it fits in this section.

The fact you lose your previous management stats is trivial, the only thing that annoys me is downloading all the kits face-packs logo's and skins all over again but that's a labour of love really.Emptying your head of what works tactically from the previous game can be a chore too because the chances are things will have changed in the tactics set ups so all the trying and testing of new tactics and such starts all over again,i love it really though lol.

I like finding the new wonderkids, I'm pleased they don't always keep them the same -_-

Absolutely agree with Redrup, that's a great aspect of the game(s). But yeah, the reputation thing is a little nuisance, but then again if you're that annoyed by it, it's an easy edit ;)

What I'd actually like is that each year was a new database and bug fixes released. New game when there's a good amount of relevant improvements to the engine.

And that they'd include a tool to update the old databases/manager file to the new version

hope theres summit to do with the wages a manager earns...so far no insight to that :(

Wow, that's the most inane suggestion I've ever heard.

quitting my last game on the old fm just kills me, but then again, there's a new one :)

yeah probley downloading all them face packs logos ect, can`t u use any of the the old ones on fm10?

I completely agree with you. And it would also be nice if they launch a game without many release bugs.

To slow

I think they need to add a skip button so you can get through a season quicker. Like lma did.

Anyway does anybody know if you can disable the U21 championships and world cup quals if you are not in them, its just that when you go on holiday it takes ages going through international results

what's the point, anyway you could just go on holiday for a season that's near enough the same thing, season skipped then...or a few.

I hate the fact that when the new fm come's out i will have to remove this fm from my pc cant have to on will take up so much room and i will lose all my saved games :(

starting a new game as you try an replicate your success from previous fms but love it in a strange sick way :P

Go into 'My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2009/Games' and copy all the saves from that folder into a new folder on the desktop. Then if you reinstall the game just copy those exact saves back to the original folder and they should reappear ingame.

so you don't have to lose your saved games.

Finding new wonderkids is wonder-ful, sorry.
I usually like looking through the teams and planning who I'm gonna go as based on potential, finances an all that.
Can't Wait For FM 10 :D

Harry, that was the worst attempt at a joke I think I've ever seen. But what I 'hate' (btw hate is a very strong word) most is downloading face packs, skins, databases and most of all, new patches!
