Third Kit Problem

hey, I'm having a problem with third kits at the moment I have third kits that are big and chunky and horrid looking but when I try and save a third kit in my kits folder they never change from those that are there. I don't have this problem changing home and away kits! why is this? am I doing something wrong or are these kits not changeable? or are they saved somewhere else in the folders?

I also don't have this problem if a team doesn't have a third kit I can add one for them just cannot change these big kits!

edit: these kits are similar to bSS'10 but appear bigger to me and Newcastle and arsenal etc. have nothing on they are just plain coloured shirts but i know that Preston is same style and size but has badge and sponsor etc. on the shirt.

see attached shots, it shows the trouble im having with teams that have these third kits in arsenal and newcastle etc and shows a shot of liverpool kits as they didn't have a third kit it let me add one.

i don't know if i am saving the kits correctly or there is something i am not doing heres the patch i am using...

C:\Documents and Settings\Paul\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010\graphics\kits\England

and then from there i have the folders such as english premiership, league one etc etc which seems to work fine except for the problem i am having also with this path i assumed i could do the same for scotland e.g.

C:\Documents and Settings\Paul\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010\graphics\kits\Scotland\Clydesdale Bank Premier League

in which i have placed a celtic shirt but that doesn't show up as you can see in the shot of the celtic kits... help would be appreciated i will also post my config for the path that is in the premier league folder and maybe it is something to do with that!?!?
