This driving me Crazy ? patch update Tactics

Evening all , This is driving me crazy and hopefully someone can help me. Is there a difference between 14.3.0 and 14.3.1 tactics as when I load a new game it says 14.3.0 but bottom right corner of start screen says 14.3.1 So NOT sure if im using the right plug and play tactics ?? Thanks in advance.:S

the patch is 14.3.1 and the database is 14.3.0

Also, there are no ME changes between 14.3.1 and 14.3.0

I mostly always play the game with Liverpool. Have never used any other team. I used a lot of tactics on this forum and adjusted and tweaked them to suit my requirements. There is absolutely no plug and play this year. You'll have to be really dynamic and watch the games, adjust your tactics,mentality etc listen to your assistant.
