Fast high pressing football, lots of goals once the squad has adapted to the system.
you'll see lots of pass and goes, and lots of through balls to create 1v1s.
You will concede the odd goal but will normally outscore every team you play.
bundles of CCCs and is very entertaining watching the highlights.
Won the league, Europa league, FA Cup and community shield in first season with Manchester Utd.

This is the team i used to dominate the first season, no major signings! Spent the first season re-training rashford into a shadow striker where he got 23 goals and 18 assists in 50 appearences.

Looked interesting, so i tried it with my AC Milan Team und yes, worked well so far.

Played 5 Games, won all with a goal differnce 21-5, wins against Lazio (1st in league and former champion) in cup semi final 3-0 and RB Leipzig 4-2 in CL semi final.
Problem in this save is for me, i felt every shot on my goal is in (with different tactics) altough keepers like Tjark Ernst (started with Hertha) und Maignan now.

But yes like the author said, maybe you will outscore other teams und watching the game is entertaining.
I think with more experience the team will be better on it.
Good job. (y)

What’s average possession like? This looks good but I prefer my teams to have high average % possession.

In my game not very high, against good teams around 35-40%, against weaker Teams around 60%.

Finished Season now, won all Games and Trophies (League, Cup and CL), Goal difference 57- 13 in 12 games with this tactic
All positions scored, i like those kind of tactics.
This tactic works really good for strong teams (which tactic does not?), IDK if it works on lower/weaker teams.

My frontline is Leao- Ramos- Semih- Pedro (from Sporting)- Olise, subs are Daramy, Pulisic, Akhomach and a Newgen in 2027, took over the Klub in
Dezember 26 on 9th Place, all Players were already there.
Not all Players are good on there Positions until now, Semih for example has no Stars but scores ca 7-10 Goals.

For underdogs it's quite hard to use, TBH
I manage Hull in 4th season (in prem now, med pred 19)
it was the end of the season, so I got no chance to move higher than 8 place
so put this ractic in all 3 slots for the last games
created a lot of chances, but conversion was not perfect
won vs Liverpool 1-0 (my GK made some top saves), lost to Tottenham 1-2 on 90+8 but I was overplayed and lost to Everton 1-3 (Everton was on 19th place)
It's really fun to watch, but ur defence has to have GREAT pace and forwards should convert with a high rate

Struggling on away games to play same as home games anything different you do

if you team just has pace and acceleration doent matter about other attiubuetes you do well with any tactic

What’s average possession like? This looks good but I prefer my teams to have high average % possession.
As mentioned, possesion isn't normally high as the players don't hold onto the ball and when they do have the ball, their first instinct is to push a through ball or flick it over the top.
on avergae i'd say around 45% against top sides and 55/60% against weak sides.

Yeah i agree, underdogs this tactic must struggle, high speed, high acceleration and work rate is needed for this type of tactic. but as you said, it's very good on the eye to watch the styles of goals.

What training do u use? It's fun to watch lots of 4-3 games
for the tests i done, i left training to assistant, but if you do the training yourself, you want your fitness as high as possible, and their pysical's improved as its a fast paced tactic.

Just tested this tactic again, and still working, won the prem with newcastle 1st season with no transfers and on holiday mode throughout :)
