Tiger Tactic Nice and easy by Supermatt

Hello all me again with my new Tiger tactic, slow and easy is my new tactic moving up the pitch hitting with a counter attack and scoring winning goals.
This isn't and i state isn't a goal galore type tactic it's a any winning anyway you can tactic.

Small pitch , Assistant in charge of training and match prep.

I'm in the year 2013 starting with Fleetwood. (was at Wigan got sacked lol).

this is the formation at moment but tactics might change a bit before i do final upload.

It's been over 20 games now still tweaking and it might not look like it from my results but im learning alot from it and hopefully stay up this season and push on next, and you will see the tactic has changed a little.

UPDATE - Sacked as fleetwood manager oops , now i'm manager of Exeter.

It's going to take time to get a this tactic working great so i guess more sackings could happen.

well im 21 games in and not doing to good ,But my last match i tweaked it a little more and this happened -

Ok it's been a little while but have been working on this tactic the formation has changed a little but my goal of goals and defence still stands i've been using it with exeter with ok results , now im trying with a premier league team to see how it fars.
