How useful tight marking is? On witch players shoud i
execute it???

It depends...

Tight marking gets your player closer to the opposition player he is 'marking'. So if you want to get tackles in as soon as the opposition player gets the ball, then tight marking is ideal. Problem is that high skill players will sometimes fool their marker and then get free because your player is too tight. So there aren't hard and fast rules, although at lower levels of football, tight marking makes a lot of sense because high skill players aren't very common.

Another downside to tight marking, is that your player will also be close to the opposition player when he gets the ball - meaning it's easier for them to tackle your player. So if you want your player to be in space when you're attacking, or at least in more space, it's an idea to set that player to 'loose' marking.
