Time period between tutoring?

What is the typical amount of elapsed time before you can ask your player to tutor again?

I signed Van Bommel and one of my regens declined the opportunity to learn from him :O. Now i've signed a regen who could really benefit from him, but the tutoring is blacked out.

2-3 month wait perhaps? Longer?

New arrivals at the club need time to settle in the area and become part of the club. Only then, they can tutuor.
