I want to get a few tips for a long and successful career.

I am going to play as SV Werder Bremen

Anything posted below will be a great help e.g. what to do or not to do, players, tactics, finanical, etc

Set yourself mini goals to keep you interested, for example only sign players under 21 or develop Werder Bremen's best youngster. They will keep you interested so you can achieve the ultimate goal of European domination.

Try to make profit on players.

I have over 1b player sales and 450m in money spent on players

Set yourself a long term goal and set out to achieve it by meeting lots of mini goals season to season. I'm 2 seasons into a really good save with Sporting Lisbon and my long term goal is to Win the champions league with them with a team of players from the academy. First season I wanted European football, this season I want to start phasing out the older players whilst qualifying for Europe, next season introduce more younger players and aim for the champions league and so on.
