1. Always use Tugs training.

2. Try and get as many decent players on a free and sell them in the january window.

3. Make all players use want to loan out on the loan list and then 2 days later offer them out for loan.

4. Always start high with offering players out then work your way down.

5. On the 9.3.0 patch go striaght to the Barcelona youth team and sign as many of their out of contract players as you can. Maybe sign a few from Atlectico Madrid's and Real Madrid's as well.

The best way to train players is to give them each an individual training schedule that improves their lesser stats etc. You get alot better players this way than through tugs training.

I don't agree with 4.

I start offering my players for a low price so most teams get interested on them, then i choose from the "transfer centre" al the offers mantaining "ctrol" pressed and i put "negotiate" and i start negotiating them for higher values
