Tips on contracts needed.

I could do with a bit of help, does anybody have any tips on how to get a players wage demands down and accepeted? Lately when offering a player a contract I have literally offered him a £1 the first 2 times, when the agent starts getting a bit ****** off I raise it to around £10K, then one more to at least half the wage he originally wanted, its seemed to have worked a few times just wondering if anybody else has anything???????

pretty much the way to do it. Offer him rediculous low offers on all things like appearences/wage/agent fee etc...he will drop his demands after normally 2 attempts...
still keep offering him the **** deal and after about 8 attempts he will drop his demands to a new low...Offer a fractionally lower amount than this (i.e 2k lower on wages) and he should accept If he doesn't first time then the demand he wants is what you will have to pay.
This however doesn't work if someone else is interested in him and are offering a contract too.
