Tiscali Speedtest

I was just trying the Tiscali speedtest and I found its REALLY inaccurate, it just gave me this speed result. Any ideas wether its just because im with a different ISP or something?

Greg I think that's his point...it's innacurate.

Does it give you that sort of result everytime?

Possibly because it's not the first time you've used the test and it was already cached so it did the test instantly.

In my opinion http://www.testmy.net is the best site to use if you want to check your connection. Gives nice feedback aswell:

The first time I did it I got 43.45Mbps, the second time I got that. It should be about 1.9Mbps :S.

Maybe its because both of the networks for my ISP (NTL) and Tiscale have a near direct connection?
