I started my save with Southport in the BSP, 6 seasons later I just won league 1 and am about to move to Championship. My coaching rep is now National, and I am about to be out of contract.

Southport have offered me a new deal, but its crappy money, barely more then what I was making at the start of the save. Also, in 6 seasons all I have managed to get to board to do was buy the grounds. No Youth Academy, Basic everything else and a small stadium.

Just not sure if its worth sticking around and seeing it through given the major disadvantages and time its going to take to build those up to actually be competitive at this level, or try my luck and see if an established club will give me a shot.

Opinions?

It's not like you're going to use the money you're earning. Try signing a one-year deal and get them to the prem.

I would personally stay. Ain't much better at Southport, I guess, and you will have to start again with team blend etc.

Generally stay, depends if you've been having any press speculation linking you with the sort of place you'd like to go, use that as a barometer of how likely you are to get something you want.
