I'm currently managing Toulouse in the French 1st Division. Won the title in the first season and currently top in the 2nd after 16 games. I've managed to pull together good striking options, but really not sure which is the best combination.

currently playing 3 up front, any 3 from
Villalva, Traore, Tafer, Adriano, Milevskyi, Cristaldo or even Kramaric.

season 2010/2011.Adriano and Milevskyi seem the most effective, but wondered what roles others are playing these strikers in...?

depends how good tafer is coz hes a beast about 4-5 years in

I think he's not reached his full potential yet, but I'm hanging on to him as either going to cash in big time, or he's going to start scoring for me.

Tafer was named world striker of the year in 2015 in my tottenham save, scored like 50 goals and got like 15 assists for me in all competitions in that year. So I would probably keep him if I were you... As for now I would keep using Adriano and Milevskyi and just rotate the third. I'm not sure about Milevskyi's and Adriano's roles though as I have never used them.
