Too many midfielders

Right, i'm starting my 2nd season with tottenham and these are my midfield options:
Palacios
Huddlestone
Carlos Martins
Van der vaart
Cahill
Kranjkar
Bently
Lennon
Gourcuff
Defour
Verratti

I have know idea which ones to play and where, and maybe who to sell so f ye could give me a few tips i'd appreciate it...

ya, might get rid off carlos martins as i only paid £1 Mil on him in january.. Still want to keep Tim Cahill as he was class last season..

Might try that even though huddlestone was 1st choice defensive mid lat year and is improving loads...
