Too many sackings?

Looking at this video, sees very good coaches sacked too early. Have noticed this also in previous FMs, there should be more aspects controlling this.

Also noticed it’s harder to higher top coaches this year. Was struggling for good attacking coaches and defencive coaches at the start of my Utd save. Unlike previous FMs when you could just hoover up nearly any coach going.
