Top-Class Championship CMs!

I have a game running as Crystal Palace, and I am a huge fan in real life. Going to watch Shaun Derry and Ben Watson rock the centre of the park is awesome, but I get that feeling, that maybe Derry won't cut it on Football Manager, and so I'm looking for a good central midfielder. Money is no serious problem, as I did a lot of selling. I just want another CM who can help me with my hopes for promotion. Any ideas?

Billy Jones P.N.E i signed him for my Swansea team for 5million Definetly money well spent id recomemend 110%
 
Billy Jones is defo a great buy.. when i was preston he was brilliant til rangers stole him from me!!! but i bought joe ledley from cardiff n he was really good replacement!!
 
Thomas Gravensen and Smertin if you can attract them if not still search them and offer them a contract mehdi nafti very cheap about 200k or less and will win and chase every thing.
 
I paid £1.8 million in the 1st season for billy jones also he's a great versatile player.
James Harper is Dominant.
Chris McCann is also a good aquisition from burnley but he can be slightly injury prone.
 
Joe Ledley from Cardiff, Johhny Howson and Fabian Delph from Leeds are all decent CM's and don't cost much either!
 
A good proimising young player is "Chris James",fomally from fulham but now in Finland for Tampere United.
You can get him for about 100-150k. Good at free kicks and always scores penaltys.
You should also use him as "playmaker", trust me.
On my game i am Arsenal, he keeping veloso out of my time at moment and is worth £6,500,000. Also scored two goals in FA Cup Final against Man U.

Fabian Delph from leeds, Tiberiu Ghioane from Dinamo Kiev, Appiah former fenerbahce and Juventus player
 
Cheers guys, looking at buying Delph as one for the future, I may stick with Shaun Derry for now, he has played very well in the last few games.. Billy Jones looks good, does he improve much? People like Delph have a lot of potential, and will be able to cope in the Premiership in a few seasons time, but I don't know if the same can be said about Jones, purely because I've never seen him play.
 
Damien Plessis from Liverpool is a good buy for a championship team

Rodney Sneijder from Ajax reserves. although not a natural CM does a brilliant job and teach him to "play killer balls often"
 
Paul Robinson from Millwall will do an excellent job as captain and as a player!!
 
i cant believe no one has mentioned darron gibson if man u wont sell him get on loan hes my second top scorer and gets assists for fun also bobo balde is an absolute bargain at 35k

Delph, amazing 4th season with leeds, sitting 4th in the prem, delph is one of my top players, captain aswell amazing!!!
