Top goal scorer but still get relegated

Just scouting for new players after a promotion, when seen this!
Burnley finished 20th in the Premier League yet the league top goal scorer was Burnleys Steven Fletcher with 27 goals

Has this happened to anyone else? Iv never seen anyone get top goalscorer who plays for a team outside the top 4 maybe 6 at a push but to finish bottom!

Lol, gutted for them. Even with him they failed to score enough goals, and conceded a truck load too.

Football is not a 1 man team. You need to have 11 players playing well to get results but fletcher did his job proud of him lol

In my West Ham save he dint even manage 5 goals for Burnley so quite surprised at how many he got.
