Top tactics???

What is the overall top tactic so far for FM 2010? I know different teams, players, etc... affect peoples thoughts but taking everything into account what is the most successfully proven tactic out there so far? I'm sure peoples views will differ but would just like to get an idea of the best tactics out there at the moment. Thanks...

Well I'm not looking for an undisputed winner, just your opinion. If you had to name one tactic which would it be?

In my opinion it has to be JP's Guardiola's tactics or his Brian Cloguh tactics.

Do you also find there is a lack of 4-4-2 tactics out there at the moment? The popular tactics seem to be either 4-5-1 or 4-2-3-1 which I suppose is mirroring real life.
