Tosic, need working permit?

I'm playing Man Utd and sign Tosic in the 2nd season..
But he needs working permit and I got rejected..
Anyone knows how to overcome this problem?

Usually when a work permit is rejected you have the choice to appeal for one and in most cases (for me anyways) its granted.

if the appeal fails, get someone else. surely there's someone that will fulfill your needs in that position.

Loan him to antwerp for 3 seasons then he will become a EU national

Im assuming his using 9.2 or below because if he was using 9.3 Tosic would already be sitting in his reserves.

Try offering him a new contract, becuase then you go through the whole permit process again and you can get lucky. Sometimes it is just a bug.

I'm using 9.3...
And he's not in my reserves list..
I dunno why?

About loan to antwerp, will he accept that?

Hmm he might actually not accept, you could always try loaning him to another european team untill he becomes an eu national but it probably will take longer at a spanish, italian team etc, it takes 3 seasons in belgium but like i said it will take longer in spain, italy etc.
