Can't get Tevez cos of his wages -.- and Cavani might be too much but thanks for the suggestions

Carlos Fierro for up-front, he seems to get rave reviews and is quite cheap.
Alvaro Vadillo for out-wide on the right.
Marco Verratti for the central of midfield, attacking or defensive.
Lucas Digne grows into a really good left back according to a friend (He was fantastic for his PSG side, apparently)
Siyanda Xulu is dirt cheap but has **** good stats and grows a fair bit.
Jason Steele is doing fantastic for me at Albion and is growing well after just 4 weeks in the side.

All young and cheap players so you can get the most out of your signings for reduced prices.
