Although the tactic is very attacking ( as it may seem to you from first view), it has done well for me in Home games even against stronger teams.
But the problem starts in hard away games against stronger teams where I am torn apart in defence.
Suggest me what changes I could make to existing tactic for such games.

Mentality: Attacking.
Team Shape: Fluid.

I'm no FM wizard but the TI's "look for overlap", "push higher up", "close down more" and "prevent GK short distribution" seem very aggressive and could lead to you being very exposed on the counter, especially with the quality of the better teams. Also when all of your attacking trio have attacking duties, they wont come back and defend very often and you may find your defence outnumbered alot, even more so when the FBs are overlapping. How are you conceding goals?

Cheers mate.
Yeah I am mostly conceding on counters, will remove those instructions in tough games from now on. Let's see if that makes the difference.
