toutoring youngsters (jack wilshere)

on fm2011 jack wilshere is very under rated compared to real life and i would like him to become a future star as in real life he and aaron ramsey will be the future of arsenal. so to improve him on the game i thought i should make somebody tutor him, so i thought considering him and fabregas are both midfielders that cesc would be the perfect mentor but it wont let me have the option with fab to tutor wilshere it only has henri lansbury, aaron ramsey etc... does it matter that jack wilshere's natural position in cam and fabregas is cm?
 
No it doesn't matter, not sure why you had this problem because i not long ago started a save & tutored him from Fabregas, perhaps wait a week or two? or did you go into Wilshere and asked him for a new preferred move?
 
It something to do with both being key players
Rea through the thread about tutoring youngsters and it explains it, i think you have to put wilshere in the under 19s then tutor him
 
Depends on the contract Wilshere has, needs to be a youngster/hot prospect I believe for them to be able to be tutored.
