train of loan out your talented players

Hello guys,

I have serveral of the potential stars, but I was wondering what is the best tactic to develop these players loan them out or train them yourself.

Depends where you are going to be loaning them. If your in the Prem and loaning them to a bottom prem side or championship side and they are going to be playing week in week out, that will probably help them improve a lot more. But if they are going to be sat on the bench for a different team, keep them with you as your training will more than likely be better.

If they get first team football wherever you are loaning them too then sure loan them out.

If not then keep them on your bench.

Although if a player can play for both your reserve and youth team then I tend to keep them at home.
