Training a player a new position

hi wot do i do to my player hes a AML and can play AMC but i want to get him train to be a CM advanced playmaker do i give him a CM training schedule or to the position hes best at now

depends how desperate you are, but training a player who has no experience a position takes time

Go into the player's training tab and you will be able to select a new position to train in from a dropdown. Alternatively, you could just play him in the AMC position but drop his mentality slightly.

as tharros said you can get players to train in new positions via the training tab on their profile.

also it might be worth giving them a training schdule that focusses on any stats that are needed for teh new position/new role over the off season to try to make them more effective there when you need them in that role.
