Training/advice when recruting new players

hi,
I have changed almost my entire team for a new season, with a lot of foreigner players. The results are not so good.
What are your advices in terms of training or tips to integrate these new player?
How long it will take to integrate those players?

Post your squad because its hard to tell with just "foreigners" in your team and maybe your transfers this season?
