Not sure what's about out there at the moment, nothing obvious i've found personally (other than fmscreener calculator done for fm15).
I knocked this up pretty quickly to make it easy when im hunting around to see they actual star rating i'll get for each area, so thought i'd share with others as well.

Should be pretty straight forward to use, please let me know if you find anything obviously wrong with it
It's been made in Excel 2016, i've had to zip it to allow forum upload. There's nothing special about it, so should in theory work with any other spreadsheet software.
My original plan was going to be to import data in from FM and find my best staff that way, however it doesn't seem like you can export more than 1 page of staff
