Training Effectiveness Question.

What is better in terms of raising attributes, Tactical Role training or Individual Attribute training?

I think tactical role training gives a better general training, if you focus on one area I think it will reduce time spent on general development...but if I had an already really good player that was rubbish at finishing then I would do individual attribute training on that...just my thoughts though mate!

Role- Set the player to train more on the stats needed for playing that role
Atttribute - Trains on this single one.

none of the above takes away time from the "TEAM" training schedule

There is no "Best", its all up to you as a manager
