When On The Training Screen On FMH2010 Do This...

Step 1 - Set The Players These Schedules
Gk - Goalkeeping
Defenders - Defensive
Midfielders - Technical
Strikers - Attacking

Step 2 - Set Everything Intensive On The Schedules. (Not Goalkeeping On The Other Schedules Except From Goalkeepers.)

Step 3 - Watch Your Players Get Hugely Impressive !

My Players Old - New Stats
Tom Craddock - Shooting From 12 - 17
Nikita Andreev - Shooting From 13 - 19!
Brian Saah - Heading From 6 - 14 !!!
Rossi Jarvis - Crossing From 9 - 15!
