Training hot prospect for the future??????

Hey all

I have recently got a great scout for crewe alexandra... and he has come back with some great players which i decided to sign. One of them i am particulary interested in as he has the potential to be able to compete several leagues above my current squad.

so you can see why i really dont want to mess his future up .... could anyone be kind ewnough to advise me on how i should approach his training? hes 17 and is a central defender?

Use him a lot, make sure you have a good coach on defending, praise him on good performances etc. Try to not get him injured, if hes tired before a match don't use him entire match maybe sub him when he drops to 75%- etc. Good training schedule helps.
