TRAINING??-How can i turn the negative red arrows to positive green ones ^^. pls help

I know about diff workloads such as light, medium, heavy training. I keep common sense in mind say giving them time off and such.

Im not sure what to do and have resorted to making a post if anyone can advise me on this. Im seeing orange and red arrows pointing downwards .

Look forward to reading replies to this.

is it all players? if it is, just leave them in general training

hey, i kinda have the same issue, i guess if you leave them in general their stats increase slightly and the training is ok but i always try to do my own schedule however i find with my own schedule the red arrows start appearing, if you search the forums you can find some good training manuals which may help.
